When trying to create a valid QRDA that contains a medication order element and all the data needed to get cumulative duration, I am unable to do this by exporting a patient's QRDA from Bonnie, even though Bonnie marks the patient as having this data. I have looked at BONNIE-85 where this same issue was discussed, but I can only find doseQuantity and effectiveTime/period in my QRDA file. I can't find anything to represent the "FILLED" section in Bonnie that contains the number of doses. I'm guessing maybe that's because a Medication Order doesn't have to be filled? But without the "FILLED" section, I can't make my patient pass.
