Hello, 

Post MADiE 1.1.12 release, alias highlighting issue unresolved. Unable to reach 100% coverage, wondering if that has anything to do with aliases not reflecting coverage with blue highlighting. Please see attached and advise. 

This issue was added to the [projecttacoma/fqm-execution]  Encounter.reasonCode ticket Issue #275 but as I understand it, it is a separate issue and request a separate ticket.
