I am currently working on CMS154FHIR, Appropriate Treatment for Upper Respiratory Infection (URI)FHIR within MADiE. This inquiry is related to  https://oncprojectracking.healthit.gov/support/browse/BONNIEMAT-1445 

I am having trouble creating a passing test case when using the following value sets: 
"Initial Hospital Observation Care"

"Observation"

Because MADiE is pulling the latest versions of the value sets for testing, and the mentioned resources have not been updated yet, I have attempted to use the older version, but as expected the test cases are failing in MADiE. 

Note: I did have to tweak the code description because the use of "observation status" was not allowed in the test case. When parentheses were used an error would return so I changed it to 'observation status'
