Efficiency in developing correct QICore/CQL and QDM/CQL logic. This feature would be most useful when developing new and/or complex logic. Given the way MADiE is currently designed, it would be most efficient to be able to verify upfront that the CQL constructed is correct. This can help reduce the number of issues identified during testing (which takes longer process and time to troubleshoot) and the number of issues needing to be submitted to help desks for troubleshooting (e.g., helps narrow down issues to either tooling/standards issues, etc.).

      Hi MADiE team,

Currently, MADiE CQL editor does not support users to view definition return types. This feature is available in MAT (for QDM and FHIR) via the CQL Workspace 'Definition' section.

Please consider providing a similar feature in MADiE CQL editor to support measure authoring (such as the VS Code IntelliSense in the screenshot below which displays the return type of a definition when you hover the mouse cursor over).

      Thank you!
