Hi.  Can you please remove the attached patients and following measures from ONLY my BonnieFHIR account which is not a shared account but was loaded separately (do not delete the master Hospital Harm measure data and patients):

There is an issue the logic vs test data cases as per following message upon importing patient test cases.  This error does not show for Michelle but does when I try to load this week to evaluate for CQLIT-341 re FHIR/QICore.

One of the data elements associated with the measure is causing an issue. Please review the elements associated with the measure to verify that they are all constructed properly.
Error message: this.get(...).fhir_patient.name is undefined
