      Hi MADiE team,

      I am expecting this test case, "FrailtyDeviceRequestNoPerformendModExt", to fail against the following definition "Has Criteria Indicating Frailty" because the test case contains no DeviceRequest modifier extension indicating "not performed" is false. However, this test case is passing. Is this correct? I would like to know if this is expected given absence of this information in the test case.

      This definition is included in the AdvancedIllnessandFrailty CQL library referenced in measure Controlling High Blood PressureFHIR, and the test case can be found in the measure.
