During the 2023 AU review cycle I received the following feedback:

Last names include IP, DEN, and NUM but the naming convention indicates IPP, DENOM, and NUMER (to align with Bonnie abbreviations). Consider revising the last names after AU as time permits (to save time, you could open the Bonnie export json file in something like notepad++ and use its find/replace function, then import the updated file into Bonnie).

I reviewed the Bonnie User Guide/Import section and found the following:  The Bonnie team also recommends against importing any patient JSON files that have been edited. Using edited files may cause unexpected results.

My question is if we follow the advice from AU reviewer and we modify test case names in Notepad++, will we get "unexpected results" when we import back to Bonnie?

      Thanks for your help.
