When working in a measure, it would be helpful to also view a shared library at the same time, without nagivating outside of the measure or having to copy/paste the libary into a word doc for reference. 

It would be helpful to have a button to lauch a separate window to be able to search, view or something along those lines for libraries while working in a measure.
