Hello All, I went to add measure observation comments to CMS986, a request that was made by ICF, and it appears the MAT does not include 3 Assessment definitions in the final package. So when I upload to Bonnie, the testing is recognizing data entered for Assessments: Screening At Risk, Assessment Moderate, or Assessment Severe.  Prior to adding measure observation comments, the testing was100/100. Now without the 3 Assessment definitions it is at 8/75. Adding comments were the last piece prior to sending all documentation for delivery. Please advise.
