None of the codings provided are in the value set 'US Core Encounter Type' (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ValueSet/us-core-encounter-type), and a coding should come from this value set unless it has no suitable code (note that the validator cannot judge what is suitable) (codes = http://snomed.info/sct#444971000124105)

I get the validation error above in Measure exm149atr for the one test case that is defined.

Not sure why MADiE thinks that code (444971000124105) is not in that valueset.
Looking on VSAC, 444971000124105 is a child code under 308335008.

If I use 308335008 instead of 444971000124105, it has the same validation error, but additional highlighting is shown green.

Using 18170008 has same validation error, but highlighting shows green for the correct value set when I run test.

The validation error apparently does not cause a problem for running the test.
It seems MADiE's validation of the test case does not have the correct expansion for http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ValueSet/us-core-encounter-type
