We found an issue in CMS 117 (and likely a few other measures).  It appears they have copied and pasted over bullets (see screenshot) but it outputs weirdness in the eCQM XML 

We checked last year’s publication - they used '--' where bullets are now.

So my question is –do they need to get rid of the bullets and repackage?  Given that special character’s circled in blue have been there from years past, I am less inclined to send them back to the MAT now to fix versus labeling as an update for next year.
