Impacts Annual Update timeline to re-export MAT package and Bonnie exports for Round 2 reviews starting 2/7/2022.
Hello Bonnie/MAT team,
I re-exported a MAT package this morning and ran into an error message when trying to upload the MAT package in Bonnie v5.1.1. The error message reads: "VSAC value set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.111.12.1016) is not found or is empty." I checked in VSAC and confirmed that the value set is available: https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/valueset/2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.111.12.1016/expansion/Latest. I tried deleting the value set the measure, re-retrieving the value set from UMLS, and repacking the MAT package, but ran into the same issue.
