The reference to the CQL and ELM file names in HQMF do not include the model and version. In addition, the hyphens used to separate the library version in the file name is replaced by periods in the HQMF. For example, the PC-05 package contains a CQL file named PCNewborn-v1-3-000-QDM-56.cql. In HQMF, the file name is  PCNewborn-v1.3.000.cql. Additionally, the primary measure library file name is bearing the id of the CMS Id in package (e.g., CMS9-v10-2-007QDM-5-6), but this does not align with what is coming out in HQMF, which is the library name and version (e.g., ExclusiveBreastMilkFeeding-10.2.007.cql).
