Purpose of Sub-Work Group

The goal of this sub-work group is to identify and harmonize a core set of domains and come up with an example set of associated data elements will inform the creation of a structured, longitudinal, person-centered electronic LTSS plan for CB-LTSS beneficiaries through the use of domain and data element assessment and testing tools.

The eLTSS Plan Content Sub-Work Group will:

1. Identify a core set of clinical and non-clinical domains featuring terminology and vocabulary that is consistent across the requirements of all seven TEFT states.
2. Validate domain mappings and develop validation criteria for these mappings.
3. Evaluate the domains and make a recommendation to the eLTSS Initiative.
4. Develop an example set of discrete data elements for the purpose of clarifying the type of information that will be collected per type area..

The domains and associated data elements identified in this SWG will be used to draft an Implementation Guide to be used in piloting the eLTSS solution by each of the TEFT states.
