360X on TEFCA kick-off

We went over the overall approach and agreed to focus on the fundamental question on how to handle the designation of the recipient. Several ideas were brought up, and our next call will be focused on that topic. Calls will be every two weeks. Next milestone is the IHE Face to Face meeting April 28 - May 1, where any changes to the underlying XCDR specification can be approved for ballot.
