• Review Revised Charter
• Review and Revise Work Plan

• L. Barrett opened the call and welcomed participants and reviewed the agenda for the call and then asked S. Vance to review key agenda items and HL7 meeting highlights.
• Reviewed dates for the ONC Interoperability Forum 8/21-8/22/19 and the ONC Annual Mtg. January 2020.
• Reviewed revised more detailed charter, rationale behind further clarification and better alignment with initiatives.  Participants were supportive of the expanded clarification and alignment.
• Reviewed Work Plan and deliverables and reviewed Use Case status on confluence pages and focused on the first 4 use cases which are close to complete.
• Discussed our need to commence review of the first 4 Use Cases and develop an environmental scan and requirements.
• Asked for volunteers to assist with the Environmental Scan and Requirement Development.
