Also to catch everyone up and save another email, attached is final worksheet I sent to NCQA and their project plan timeline below, which Rick and I are mutually tracking. #3 I’ve embedded into Julia’s email as part of my response.

1. ONC to send NCQA a checklist of specific items to accomplish to “apply” – COMPLETED 10/21/16
2. NCQA to send ONC the testing spec expectations for ONC to distribute to EHRVA – COMPLETED 10/21/16
3. NCQA to ID three (3) measures for the eCQM test deck “equivalency test” – COMPLETED: 10/27/16
4. ONC to ID testing vendor(s) to conduct “equivalency test” – ECD: 10/31/16 Note I've suggested back 11/11/16
5. ONC issues equivalency determination/tool approval – ECD: 12/31/16
6. NCQA conduct map-n-gap of 2011 ISO 17025 submission to new NVLAP application req – ECD: 11/30/16
7. NCQA apply for ATL – ECD: 12/31/16
8. NCQA achieves ONC ATL approval – ECD: 1/31/17
