The testcases that support the SDC IHE profile are found in the sheets labeled "Form Manager - IHE", "Form Receiver - IHE", "Form Archiver - IHE", while the testcases that support the SDC FHIR profile are found in the sheets labeled "Form Manager - FHIR", "Form Receiver - FHIR", "Form Archiver - FHIR". SDCCT currently only has a majority of the testcases implemented for the SDC IHE profile (these are the ones that have a "Y" in the column labeled "Implemented in SDCCT?").

In the column labeled "Initiator of Transaction (SUT or CT)":

• If "CT" is present, the user selects the associated testcase from the web front-end and provides input (e.g. endpoint address, form ID) so that SDCCT can send a request to the endpoint address provided.
• If "SUT" is present, the user initiates a web service request from their system under test (e.g. Form Filler) according to the message request details so that it is received by SDCCT.
