Impact: | We are preparing for the PQRS 2014 data submission in Jan-Feb 2015 but we cannot completely prepare unless we get a clear understanding of what will be expected for reporting purposes. |

Solution: | All of the population criteria (e.g., IPP, Denominator, Numerator, Denominator, Denominator Exclusions, Denominator Exceptions, etc.) that are specified by an eCQM should be reported. If an eCQM contains an Denominator Exclusions, then yes. |
