| Solution: | The referenced error is for conformance number 3343-13241, which applies to the Medication Administered (V4) template, not the Reason template that is contained via an entryRelationship. Medication Administered (V4) still requires statusCode with @code. Additionally, if the sample file contains PII, please remove it from this ticket. This system is publicly accessible. |

Error Description - This statusCode SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @code="completed" (CodeSystem: HL7ActStatus urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.5.14) (CONF:3343-13241). |

Your reason template within in the <substanceAdministration> does not contain <statusCode>. This is correct, because that requirement was removed as you say. The <statusCode> that is present, where you get the error, requires @code as specified by CONF:3343-13241. |

As per the requirement doc, CONF 1140-11364 and 11365 has been removed from Reason V3 tag. Shall it be removed from the Reason tag? Since the Status Code Requirement screenshot depicts the same. |
