PQRS and GPRO has to submitted using QRDA3, but we noticed that for QRDA 3 we need measure ids and reference ids for IPP, DEN, NUM, DENEX, DENEXCEP etc. where can we find these ids for PQRS measures. We know some of the measures are directly mapped to MU measures, do we need to use exactly same ids? and how about others measures which are not mapped?

Assume that you are referring to the 2014 reporting year. As specified in the CMS Eligible Professionals Program QRDA Category III, Release 1, Implementation Guide for 2014 Vol I – Introductory Materials (Version 2.0, 4/18/2014, “QRDA-III submissions for PQRS reporting programs will contain June 2013 versions of EP CQMs. However, if reporting on National Quality Forum (NQF) 0387/CMS 140 EP CQM, the December 2012 version is used.”
Once you located the specific PQRS specific eCQMs that you would like to report, you should be able to look up the measure ids and population ids from the HQMF representation of the eCQM, for example, for CMS2v4_NQF0418_Depression_Screening eCQM, CMS2v4.xml is the HQMF representation of this measure. The eCQM itself tells you the ids, not whether it is part of MU or PQRS programs. If it is the same eCQM (and same version), it will be the same ids. Hope this helps.
