Can you please provide additional guidance as our QRDA1 file keeps failing. We reviewed the error report as well. We are using Epic, is there any other guidance or troubleshooting steps for us to address the format issue?
We attempted to upload a single file and it failed. We verified that there are no other file types (other than xml) in the zipped file. We verified that the zipped folder does not have any other phantom folder within it. We believe we are using the QRDA Category We believe we are using the QRDA Category I STU Release 5.3 format for the file. Some of our error log:

Should be the QRDA information. review the Payer something is missing in your QRDA or something should be Map |

Since this is for 2023 reporting, here is the error message for CMS_0073. Does your file include all four of these template ids?
