 Description   

Test file was partially accepted.  When I looked at the submission results, many files were rejected/deleted for the reason:  "Submitter ( 110076 ) is not authorized to submit for this provider ( 110226 ) (CONF:CMS_0067)"

 

When I reviewed the conformance statement and compared it to several of the rejected files, the format is correct and a dummy CCN was not used.  In addition, I looked at several of the files that were accepted and they all look the same.  So at a loss now as to what the issue is and how to fix.  Thank you in advance for any and all help!

I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. All test files passed the test submission without any rejections. Thank you....OK to close.

I generated new QRDA files and resubmitted without deletions for the new files.  They still show for the previous test submission.  I have to fix some payer data so will see what the outcome is with those new files.
