Not sure what is the appropriate component, QRDA I Standard or QRDA III Standard.
Regarding eCQM files for 1-2Q2021 data, will a file be rejected if it contains more than 1 principal procedure code. Please note the files in question have only 1 principal diagnosis code.

Both HQR and TJC have confirmed that files with more than one principal procedures will not be rejected. |

Hi Melissa, I don't believe the files will be rejected if there are more than one principal procedure, but we are waiting for confirmation from HQR and TJC to be sure and will keep you updated. |
