 Description   

The Bonnie team will perform monthly patient transfers between bonnie-qdm.healthit.gov (QDM-Logic based Bonnie) and bonnie.healthit.gov (CQL based Bonnie) as well as between Bonnie accounts on bonnie.healthit.gov (CQL based Bonnie). Please submit your requests for a March transfer by 3/22. The transfer will be completed between 3/25 and 3/29.

Requesting a Patient Transfer

To request a patient transfer, please provide the following information:

From

  • Bonnie website url (e.g., bonnie-qdm.healthit.gov)
  • Account email address
  • CMS ID of measure
  • HQMF Set ID of measure (see instructions below on how to find this)

To

  • Bonnie website url (e.g., bonnie.healthit.gov)
  • Bonnie account email address
  • CMS ID of measure
  • HQMF Set ID of measure (see instructions below on how to find this)
