 Description   

neither the MAT or Bonnie is connecting to the VSAC this morning.  The VSAC is up, I've logged in there successfully.

Logged in and out of Bonnie in all our accounts, same error ANY value sets uploading new measure. 

Attached is a screenshot of the error in Bonnie, a screenshot of my privileges in the VSAC, and a screenshot of the valid value value set

VSAC has resolved the issue with the API and we were able to load this measure. Please confirm.
