Measure/Library Title: | Depression Remission at Twelve Months |
CBE Number: | CMS 159 |
Test Case Name(s): | Multiple |
Impact: | Unable to complete measure logic testing. |
Description |
Test cases are missing data elements, e.g., patient name indicated they had a personality disorder diagnosis, but the data element was not in the Patient History. Another is the name indicated the patient expired, but there was no date in the Date of Death field. Another indicates an IP fail, but the expected results indicate a num pass. |

Matt, in looking closer, it looks like the names are not associated with the appropriate test case data. Mike |

Thanks Matt. It's interesting that that case did have the personality disorder diagnosis in Bonnie-Prior which I thought was used for the test case import into Bonniev2. Okay, close the ticket, I will bring the test cases up to speed. Mike |

The patient history data is matching the testing indicated by the patient name – so it appears all is good there. |

Hi Mike, We looked at database snapshots leading back to the date of the creation of the patients in CMS159 on 11/30/2017 and the patients have not changed in the ways you described since their creation. In other words, the patients whose name indicates that they have a personality disorder diagnosis never had a personality disorder diagnosis, same with the expired field and IP fail expected values. Do you have any patient changes you need our help investigating? If not, is this issue resolved on our end? Thanks, |
