CBE Number: | CM770v0 |
Test Case Name(s): | NUMER Timing |
Impact: | Unable to complete testing on a measure currently on the MUC list. |
Description |
We have a measure that appears to test properly at the patient level in the Numerator. The problem is at the Numerator. Each UNION has a timing element of ends before start of. It tests properly at the patient level, but does not turn "blue" at the measure level. All of the NUMER testing indicates the measure is working as intended. NUMERATOR:(STATUS: TRUE) • AND :(status: true) However, at the measure summary level, we get the following: |

Colleen, I have investigated your coverage issue. Your initial assumption about ends before start changing green/red but not blue was a good guess but unfortunately that is unrelated - this phrase is never colored blue in Bonnie. The missing item from coverage is "Barrett's Esophagus Diagnosis". When I tested locally, I can get 100% coverage by adding this Barrett’s Esophagus diagnosis. I dragged this element into the history and the below image is with me mousing over the unlabeled check (circled in red). The issue appears to be the diagnosis was authored incorrectly to be under the Lab Test, instead of ORed like the rest of the NUMEX diagnoses. I believe you can fix the confusing item in Bonnie if you fix this issue in the MAT, re-package, re-export, and re-upload again to Bonnie. Then you should see the "Barrett's Esophagus Diagnosis" in your numerator exclusions logic. Please let us know if you have any further issues, or if this is enough to resolve your problem. Thanks, |
