Hi cbartleman@telligen.com,

Yes, that has solved the issue. Thank you!

Abdullah,

You have "A lower measure score indicates higher quality' in your Improvement Notation. This does not match one of the available options in the dropdown which are

  • Increased score indicates improvement
  • Decreased score indicates improvement
  • Other

Can you please select the dropdown and select on of the three options above? Does this resolve your error message?

Hi cbiggs,

All of the affected measures have their Improvement Notations already selected, yet the error persists. I’ve attached a screenshot displaying the improvement notation, along with another screenshot of the DevTool window showing an error code 400 when performing the task.

It has been discovered that for Improvement Notation, if one of the allowable options is not selected, an error is thrown when attempting to 'Save'. Can you look at your Improvement Notation for the impacted measure(s) and verify that one of the follow are selected. (Casing does matter.)

  • Increased score indicates improvement
  • Decreased score indicates improvement
  • Other

Are you still receiving an error after you have updated the Improvement Notation?
