I have attempted to update other measures but am receiving the same error message and am unable to proceed. This is issue is preventing me from moving measures through the eCQM annual update process for CMS.

Hello, 

When I attempt to update the measure header for any of my measures in MADiE, I receive an error (screen shot attached). This error prevents me from saving and I am unable to make updates. I reported a similar issue that is preventing me from updating CQL but I am also unable to update the measure header. I am attempting to add the following text to the copyright section of my measures when I get the error: 

This electronic clinical quality measure (Measure) and related data specifications are owned and stewarded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS contracted (Contract # 75FCMC18D0027/ Task Order #: 75FCMC24F0144) with the American Institutes for Research (AIR) to develop this electronic measure. AIR is not responsible for any use of the Measure. AIR makes no representations, warranties, or endorsement about the quality of any organization or physician that uses or reports performance measures and AIR has no liability to anyone who relies on such measures or specifications.

Limited proprietary coding is contained in the Measure specifications for user convenience. Users of proprietary code sets should obtain all necessary licenses from the owners of the code sets. AIR disclaims all liability for use or accuracy of any third-party codes contained in the specifications.

Thank you so much Kelly. I am going to close out this ticket since it duplicates what is being reported in MADIE-2085. I have provided the team with the measure package you provided and advised them that you too are receiving the '400' error. Please monitor activity on MADIE-2085 for updates. I have added you as a watcher for that ticket.

I am receiving a 400 error. I posted screenshots and the measure package to this ticket. Please let me know if there's anything else you need.

This sounds similar to what is being reported already in MADIE-2085 and is currently being investigated by the team. Can you please perform the following steps to determine if you are also receiving a '400' error? The instructions for doing this are listed below. 

1. Prior to performing your desired update in MADiE, right click on the page you are updating and select Inspect.
2. Select the 'Network' tab in the separate DevTools page that opens.
3. Complete your desired change in MADiE and look for '400', '403' or '500' in the Status column.
4. Please take a screenshot of your error and add to the ticket. (see example of image in MADIE-2085). 

Additionally, could you please attach the measure package for your measure to this ticket? This will help the team as they investigate further.
