Test case created for CMS 2 with an encounter without a screening in February, an encounter where the patient declined the screening in April, and an encounter with a negative screening in June. This test case should pass the Numerator. It is not recognizing the last negative screening assessment. |

Ok - so now I'm embarrassed. That does, in fact, fix it. I missed it. My teammate missed it. Thank you so much. I will be more careful in reviewing before opening tickets going forward. |

Kris, When I am looking at your test case, there does not seem to be a code selected for the June 'Encounter to Screen for Depression' (see image). If you add a code here, does it change your expected results?

Hi Chandra, The test is NUMERPass AdolScreenMultEncMultAssess. I have not reviewed with the CQL IT team as this is a well established measure and was functioning correctly in Bonnie. Would you like me to run it by the CQL IT team first?

Hi Kris, Can you provide the group and title names for the test case you are referring to? Additionally, has your logic been reviewed with the CQL IT team to rule out a possible reason in the test case or measure logic as to why the test case is not passing the Numerator? |
