Hello,

Similar to BONNIEMAT-1485 and BONNIEMAT-1497, I am experiencing a slow performance issue with Bonnie QDM.

For example, I'm trying to save a change in a test case and it is frozen at "Saving...". When I eventually "Cancel" it to exit out of the test case after waiting several minutes, it appears that the test case has been saved. Will this issue be resolved? Please advise. Thank you!

Hi Dorothy,

That is great to hear you are not experiencing this issue iwth saving today. tI don't believe this can be the same issue as the two tickets you referred to, as they were both WAF issues. When it is WAF, it won't resolve without intervention by the SOC, and I would have been blocked from the same action as well. As I was able to save, and you are now able to save, it can't be a WAF issue.

As your issue is resolved, I will close this ticket.

Hi Heather, I was able to re-save the test case just now. Is what I was experiencing yesterday related to any root causes of BONNIEMAT-1497 and BONNIEMAT-1485?

Hi Dorothy,

Thank you for clarifying the test case name, as I was seeing 'NUMERPass test (1)' when I exported your test cases and then imported them to my account this morning. I accessed that test case in my account and was able to update the test case name and save without any issue (see screenshot from my account below). Without being able to reproduce the issue it is likely not the tool causing the issue, perhaps your connectivity? Is this the only test case you are having an issue with? If it was a WAF issue then we should experience the same issue and retrieve the support ID to send to the SOC for resolution. I will ask the team if there is something they can check, and will let you know once we hav ean update to provide. 

Are you still experiencing this issue this morning? Is your coworker that was impacted yesterday impacted today also?

Hi Heather, I was trying to make an update to "NUMERPass test (1)" and revising the name to "NUMERPass RevisitTiming". Per my previous comment, it was probably saved at first and then later unsaved somehow.

I'm looking into this ticket, but I don't see a test case by that name for this measure. Please verify the test case name.

Update: It looks like the test case has been reverted. What was previously saved is now unsaved.
