 Description   

It is apparent that MADiE value set expansion provides the latest version via FHIR API, but this will be problematic when required to reference versions matching previous reporting periods.
Have discussed amongst Standards Team re CQLIT-352 "Hospital Observation" codes pertaining to AMA CPT codes deleted as of January 2023.

As Rob has stated: MADIE needs to support version-specific references to value set expansions.
Please incorporate into enhancement list.

cbartleman@telligen.com can you change the Resolution to "duplicate" since this is a dup of 1376? This change will help us with issue tracking
