Hi team,

I'm getting these VSAC timeout errors from time to time even though MADiE shows that I am connected to UMLS. This is preventing me from advancing to the other tabs. Please advise, thank you!

Since there haven't been recent issues related to this, as discussed on 1/25 Mathemathica meeting setting Submitter Resolution Confirmed to "Yes".

Hello Dorothy-

The team continues to look into this intermittent issue, and it has been added to the Known Issues document posted on the MADiE MVP tab with the workaround provided to you in this ticket. We are closing this ticket at this time. When a solution is identified the team will evaluate and prioritize implementing that solution in a future release.

Hi Dorothy-

If this happens again we suggest you try refreshing the page, or navigate away from the CQL Editor tab and come back. This should cause a refetch of the valuesets, hopefully resolving the intermittent errors.

Given the intermittent nature of this issue, it does make it more challenging and time consuming to research. If this happens again, please note the time it happened and add that to this ticket so we can forward to the team.

We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

Hi Heather,

This seems to be an intermittent issue. For example, when I log in just now, I no longer see the same errors in the CQL I last saved. What can be done on the user's end when encountering the same issue next time? Thank you!

The team has been looking into this issue. We would like to confirm if you are still unable to move past the CQL Editor tab as a result of this issue, or if it was intermittent and is not preventing you from working on the measure?
