Hello Pooja,

Thank you for attaching the measure package and the error message you are receiving. Your measure package loaded in my Bonnie Prior account. The error message you attached indicates there is an issue with your UMLS account. Either your account or API Key might be deactivated due to inactivity or another reason. First try clearing your browser cache and cookies or try a different web browser. If that does not resolve your problem, submit your question to the NLM Help Desk. Be sure to describe your issue in detail so that we can provide the best possible answer, and include the screenshot you attached to this ticket.

We wanted to check back and see if you have been able to try the steps we had sent you last week. We had also followed up with you 6/13 via email, but didn't receive a response there either. Please review our prior comment and let us know your responses to our questions and also attach the measure package you uploaded to Bonnie.

Hello Pooja-

Have you been able to update other measures without getting the error? Are you downloading the updated measure package(s) from the eCQI Resource Center, or from some other location? Please attach the measure package you are using to update the measure in Bonnie to this ticket, so we can use that to try to reproduce the issue. Please also try to update your measure again and if you receive an error again take a screenshot and attach that to this ticket as well.
