John May I ask where/when you got the measure specification for CMS826v2? Shortly after the original posting of this eCQM on May 2nd, new version of the specs for CMS826 (v2.2.000) and CMS832 (v2.1.000) were reposted. The updated spec for CMS826 has a GUID of 8a6d0438-8f1b-5df7-018f-3157590c03b0.
