 Description   

We are unable to login to Cypress with valid credentials. When we tried to reset the password, got an error as emailId not found.

Oracles-

For the "reset the password" functionality to work you would have needed to configure an email server to provide the email notifications. If this wasn't configured, I would recommend following setup instructions to add a new admin account on your Cypress installation.

I've attached a screenshot for the email setup. This allows you to configure the account where the notifications emails will be sent from.

We have installed Cypress7.4, we were able to login before. It just stopped working since morning.

What Cypress installation are you using? Is it https://cypressdemo.healthit.gov/ or your own?
