Solution: The "Decision to Admit" concept will be moved to before the ED end time on the next release of the Cypress software.

For Stroke Adult B, the decison to admit occurs after the ED end time resulting in a negative value. How are we to report these?

Hello Nancy, I see the time stamps and agree with your finding. The "Decision to Admit" concept will be moved to before the ED end time on the next release of the Cypress software. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. -Renee

Nancy could you provide some additional details as to where you feel this is the case. Looking at the patient record in question I see the following.
