Solution: This issue is a duplicate of Jira Issue 131. This issue is fixed and will be available in the Cypress v2.4 release.
Previous Issue Type: Logic affecting more than 1 eCQM

 Description

According to Cypress, the patient Sonia Hansen should be part of numerator for this measure. However, our quality module is not even able to get this patient into the Denominator. Upon investigating this issue, we noticed that the result attribute is missing from the QRDA file for data type ‘Procedure, Performed’. The result attribute for ‘Procedure, Performed’ is required to determine the denominator as denominator is limited to the Initial Population with stage IC-IIIC with ER/PR positive breast cancer only.
We also noticed that the corresponding HTML page for the same patient is indicating that this patient has two result attributes associated with ‘Procedure, Performed’. (information attached)

We are using Cypress 2.2. Can you please review and comment?
