In QID: 470: Functional Status After Primary Total Knee Replacement, Performance NOT met criteria says as "Functional status was not measured by the Oxford And also in the QID: 351: Total Knee or Hip Replacement: Venous Thromboembolic and Cardiovascular Risk Evaluation Performance NOT met criteria says as "Patients who are not evaluated for venous thromboembolic and cardiovascular risk factors within 30 days prior to the procedure (e.g., history of DVT, PE, MI, arrhythmia and stroke, reason not given) (G9299)"
Q: Could you please explain in both the above measures, in what all cases the Performance Not met to be qualified for the Patient?
