Description |
Consider adding 80 mg Simvastatin RXNORM codes 757705 and 200345 to 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1047.97. Rationale is that the combo ezetimibe 10 MG / simvastatin 80 MG Oral Tablet (RXNORM 476351) is in the value set now, and some other non-combo statins are also in the value set now. However, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK583664/table/ch1.tab1/ has NA for simvastatin above 40mg, so perhaps remove the combo with simvastatin 80mg ? |
