Description |
The purpose of codes for kidney transplant is to find patients who received a transplanted kidney. As such, the following values should not be in this set: CPT 50300, 50320, SNOMED 12976005, 175911000- these codes would appear in the chart of the person donating the kidney |

CPT codes to be removed from value set. |

This issue is highly significant to how an HeD rule is developed. If we develop the rule using incorrect content because it didn't make the EP update, the rule will be incorrect. The rules are being developed (I believe) to be used concurrently with the next measure update. So how should we proceed with the HeD rule? |

This issue was reported beyond the deadline for incorporating changes in the EP Annual Update that occurred in June, 2013. |
