Can podiatrists report on this measure? What documentation do we need, if we can, to support reporting on this measure? Or is this measure only for doctors (ophthalmologists) that actually perform the eye exam? Can we ask patient when their last eye exam was done and obtain that report and keep in chart and report on measure? We do see a large number of diabetic patients and treat them for issues related to their diabetes. Please let me know..thank you |

Can you also let me know about the A1C Measure >9 if podiatrist can report on this as well as long as we obtain the test result from historical testing and keep on file? |
