CPT 90674 not included in Value Sets for NQF0041 so that we can set it up to give providers credit

Solution:
We recognize that CPT code 90674 is not in the ‘Influenza Vaccination’ value set for 2017 reporting. In the meantime, we suggest that a SNOMED CT code included in the ‘Influenza Vaccination’ value set be reported in lieu of CPT code 90674. The SNOMED CT concept included in the value set is generic and does not specify the type of influenza vaccine, but captures that the influenza vaccination was performed. We will be working through the annual updates for this measure and make updates to the value sets as we are able.

Impact:
It is not giving our providers credit in NQF0041 for giving VFC Flu Vaccines to our children that qualify for our state Vaccines for Children (VFC) program because 90674 is not included in the logic and Value Set to count for this MU CQM.
Description
We are required by our Oregon State Vaccines for Children program to use 90674 as the CPT for the Flucelvax vaccine that they provide us. However, when we check for this code in your Value Sets document to map to count for the Flu Vaccine CQM NQF0041 it was not an option that would count. Therefore leaving all of our children given this vaccine out of our providers numerators in this quality measure. As this CPT code has been active since June of 2016 do you have a plan to include it for 2017 reporting so that these patients are accounted for?
