Description |

This measure is included in all of the Specialist measure sets for the CMS Quality Payment Program [QPP]. As we read the measure, it seems to be written backwards for use by specialists. As noted above, a specialist would get a "referral from" a primary care provider, and close it out with sending a Consultant Report. Is there a way that specialists could use this measure, or should we recommend that specialists choose another measure for the QPP? |
