Thank you for your question. WE will add CVX152 & 109 to the value set during the 2017 update cycle.

Description

the value sets for CMS 127 does not include the following cvx codes 109 & 152.
They are still in use by many providers that will be attesting for this measure.
Would it possible to include them in the value sets? Please indicate if/when it would be ok to start considering these 2 codes as well for CMS 127 numerator.

This issue has been addressed in the 2017 Annual Update.

The code lists for the 2016 and 2017 reporting years are posted and will not be updated. We will give consideration to the requested updates for the 2017 annual update for 2018 reporting.

Please confirm that your response implies that these cvx codes will not count for 2016 reporting period but will count for 2017 reporting period.
