| Solution: | None of these measures would be included on the 2015 PQRS Individual specifications for claims and registry because they are all EHR only. The only measure that was claims and registry for 2014 was PQRS #241. For 2015, all reporting options except EHR were removed. All the other measures were EHR only for 2014. For 2015, all of these measures are EHR only and would not be represented on the claims/registry specs document. However, they are still active measures for PQRS. There are 4 measures that show up in 2015 PQRS Measure List (11/12/14) but the measures don't show up on the 2015 PQRS Measures Specifications Manual for Claims and Reporting (11/10/14). We cannot find the specs for the measures we want to report in 2015. |

We want to use 9 CQMs that work for both PQRS and MU Stage 2. There are 4 measures that show up in 2015 PQRS Measure List (11/12/14) but the measures don't show up on the 2015 PQRS Measures Specifications Manual for Claims and Reporting (11/10/14). We cannot find the specs for the measures we want to report in 2015. PQRS measure 241 (IVD: Complete Lipid Panel & LDL Control) says it can be used for MU/PQRS but the PQRS specs says the measure is deleted. PQRS measure 316 (Prev Screen: Cholesterol/LDL) is listed on the 2015 Measure List but is not found in the Specifications Manual. PQRS measure 373 (HTN: Improvement in BP) is listed on the 2015 Measure List but is not found in the Specifications Manual. PQRS measure 380 (ADE Prev: Warfarin in Range) is listed on the 2015 Measure List but is not found in the Specifications Manual. I attached the 2 documents that I was looking at from the CMS website. Can you let us know if we can use these 4 measures and where we can find the specifications? Thanks |
