Solution:

Receiving dialysis would be evidence of nephropathy. The current measure uses dialysis education as a proxy for receiving dialysis. We will review this structure to determine if it is appropriate and any changes will be made during the next annual update.

Description

Allowing "Dialysis Education" to satisfy the numerator as a "nephropathy screening test or evidence of nephropathy" does not meet the intent of the measure.
