We have query w.r.t laboratorytest performed tag in QRDA.

 Patient file Annie Silva – there is NULL Flavor given for Relevant period Start and end date effective time high value and Low value and for Result datetime there is effective time given

Patient file 3_N_1_STROKE – There is both effective time high value and low value for relevant period start date and Relevant period end date and Result date time is same as Relevant period start date.

 Queries: 

1. In file of Annie Silva is it purposefully given as Null for relevant period or that is a valid scenario? - as clinically there should be a Relevant period start date as it is the test which was performed.

2. Can we conclude from the 3_N_1_STROKE file that Result date time will always be same as Relevant period Start date?

3. Will there be case for laboratorytest performed tag where Relevant period will not be given and only Result datetime will be provided?
