Result which is present in following templates [Laboratory Test Performed, Diagnostic Study Performed, Procedure Performed, and Intervention Performed] was represent using value element [in line] until 2018. But starting 2019 same result is represented with Result Observation (V3) [ you may refer Vol2 STU5.2 page 547 for 2021 example].

Question: There are numerous eCQM measures which has look back period (greater than 3 year) and need result value. So now if we have imported data during say 2017 or 2018 where result was represented by in line value, how can we represent same in Result Observation (V3)? Or should not consider QRDA1 imported data at all represent in result in line value for eCQM calculation and QRDA1 Export?
